In a vacant home, we stage the kitchen, baths, master, living room and dining area.

The first step in the home staging process is to have Staged2Sell do a room-to-room evaluation of your home.  You will receive a detailed report outlining suggestions to enhance the appearance and marketability of your home. 

 

Additional services include the rearranging and repurposing of furniture and accessories, decluttering and adding extra décor as needed.  Bedding, linens, plants and accessories can be purchased by the stager or rented for the duration of the listing of your home.
